While electroporation in cardiac ablation continues to grow and according to some represents disruptive (1) or even revolutionary (2) development, others caution and call for collective efforts (3) as work activities in other (older and more traditional areas of electroporation) also continue to grow and spread around the world. In the Newsletter you can read about activities and acceptance of electrochemotherapy in South America by Felipe Maglietti.

Those of you who are members of ISEBTT, look out for a reminder email to vote in this year’s elections of the President-elect and members of the Council. The elections were extended by one week and will close Tuesday 6 Aug by end of day. Please cast your vote to enable the Society to continue to function normally.

And don’t forget: see you all in Rome at the 5th World Congress on Electorporation in September (https://wc2024.electroporation.net/).
