We are looking for a postdoctoral fellow to join our group at RICAM, Linz, Austria. The successful candidate will create model geometries from medical imaging data, develop mathematical models for cardiac pulsed field ablation, perform simulations using the finite element method and validate them against our tailored experimental data. The position is for 1+1 years and is funded by the FFG Bridge grant “Advanced Modelling of Pulse Field Ablation to Augment Cardiac Digital Twins for the Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation”, led by Dr. Argyrios Petras, in collaboration with the industrial partner NumeriCor GmbH.
